The purpose of this acquisition is to provide portable sanitation facilities (PSF) support services for the Materiel Support Branch (MSB), G-4 Logistics Division, Officer Candidate School (OCS) and The Basic School (TBS) aboard Marine Corps Base Quantico (MCBQ), VA.
