Potential Explosive Site (PES) Inspections

The 48th Civil Engineer Squadron at RAF Lakenheath and RAF Feltwell require Potential Explosive Sites (PES) Inspections to ensure compliance with Ministry of Defence (MoD) Explosive Regulations and that PES facilities are fit for purpose. These inspections are necessary to maintain mission-critical facility licenses and adhere to mandatory publications/regulations, including Defence Safety Authority (DSA) 03 - Ordnance Munitions Explosives (OME) Part 2 and Explosives Storage and Transport Committee (ESTC) Standard 6.
