Description
As stated in the Special Notice titled "Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Ft. Riley ERCIP Microgrid" posted to SAM.gov on 28 August 2024, the FY24 NDAA provided separate authority to sole source specific Energy Resilience and Conservation Investment Program (ERCIP) projects where the utility system has been conveyed under 10 USC Section 2688 and only provides services to a military installation. Therefore, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) solicited a proposal from City Light & Power FTR, LLC for the construction of the Ft. Riley Microgrid.
