This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The solicitation is not available as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Ankara, Trkiye, intends to post the solicitation on SAM.gov when it is available. This notice does not constitute a request for quotations and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The U.S. Embassy in Ankara has a requirement for a qualified contractor to renovate the kitchen cabinets and countertops at the Deputy Chief of Mission Residence (DCMR), including related incidental work necessary to complete the renovation. The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for a firm-fixed-price construction requirement using FAR Part 13 procedures and applicable FAR Part 36 provisions.
