Pre-Solicitation Notice for Fresh Milk & Dairy Products for military customers located in the Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and D.C. Zone (Andrews AFB, Dover AFB, Fort Meade, Fort Myer and VA, MD, DC Hospitals)

Solicitation SPE300-26-R-0024 is designed to place Market Ready Fresh Milk and Dairy items (Group 1), (Group 2) and (Group 3) all fully competitive, on contract(s) for various Department of Defense (DoD) customers in the Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and D.C. Zones. The resultant contract will be issued as a firm-fixed price IQC with EPA applied to Class I fluid milk items and firm-fixed price with one 24 month pricing tier and two 18 month pricing tiers for all other items for the entire term of the contract. The contract period is expected to be from June 14, 2026 to June 14, 2031.
