Pre-Solicitation Notice for Gardening Services at the Embassy and Ambassadors Residence

The Contractor shall provide gardening services, including the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and other services necessary for the satisfactory performance of the work, at the following properties: (a) The United States Embassy Chancery; and (b) The Ambassadors Residence. This Contract shall consist of one (1) base year, with provision for two (2) additional one (1) year option periods, which may be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government. The Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE) for the total potential period of performance, inclusive of the base year and both option years, is USD 206,430.00.
