This is a pre-solicitation synopsis for an Unrestricted Solicitation and Award for Remedial Action efforts at the Ley Creek Deferred Media portion of the General Motors-Inland Fisher Guide Subsite, Onondaga Lake Superfund Site, Operable Unit 2 (OU2), Onondaga County, NY. The overall objective for this requirement is to perform remedial action efforts to include excavation, dewatering and offsite disposal of PCB-containing soil and sediments and placement of clean fill along Ley Creek. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $100,000,000 and $250,000,000. The Period of Performance will be 5 years.
