The Government received the following RFI during the Prequalification of Sources RFI period: 1. PREQUALIFICATION EVALUATION CRITERIA: b. Factor 2 - Construction Experience(2) Project was completed no longer than ten (10) years. Regarding the requirement mentioned above, would the Government consider including ongoing DoD projects that have reached a stage of substantial completion or have at least one year of proven performance history?
