PRESOLICIATION FOR TAP 3.0

ACC-DTA, intends to issue a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, sole source, non-commercial modification under contract W56HZV-23-C-0059 in accordance with FAR 6.103-1 to General Dynamics Land System (CAGE: OC9L5). The modification is for the addition of one 6 month option under FAR 52.217-9 and the CLIN establishment of an option to extend services for up to 6 months under FAR 52.217-8 for repair services for the Team Armor Partnership 3.0 (TAP 3.0) for repair services at Ft. Hood, TX. ACC-DTA anticipates issuing the modification on 30 June 2026. Services will include, but are not limited to, the repair of unserviceable assets, particularly Line Replaceable Units and Shop Replaceable Units in accordance with applicable Technical Manuals (TMs) and/or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards.
