The Operational Test and Training Infrastructure (OTTI) and System Delta 81 (SYD 81) mission is to provide space warfighters interconnected, scalable, and distributed live/physical and synthetic/digital ranges for full-spectrum test and training. This infrastructure enables the development, validation, and sharpening of joint warfighting solutions to prevail in contested and operationally challenging space environments.
