1. Description of Requirement The 166th Airlift Wing, Delaware Air National Guard, intends to issue a firm-fixed-price task order on a noncompetitive basis to Veteran Equipment Sales LLC (VES), the manufacturer of the Government-furnished equipment (GFE), for the installation, integration, testing, startup, training, and commissioning services of a GFE VES heated semi down-draft aircraft paint booth system with attached mixing room at the Nose Dock Repair Facility.
