<p><strong>Amendment 0002 is being issued 10/16/2026</strong></p> <p><strong>Use the File Titled "Final Solicitation- N6852026Q10690002" to submit your quote.</strong></p> <p><strong>No additional questions are being accepted.</strong></p> <p>Clarification: The gas sensors are a part of the gas detection system. The system consists of 2 main components, the Draeger Quadgard controller, and the remote gas sensors.</p> <p>Amendment 0001 is being issued 10/7/26</p> <p>Note: HF Gas Sendor Replacment shall be included in the Annual Fee.</p> <p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared In Accordance With (IAW) FAR Overhaul Subpart 12.2 “Solicitation, Evaluation and Award”, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested.</p> <p>The purpose of this requirement is to provide semi-annual on-site calibration and repair visits for the Hazardous Gas Detection System at Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) for in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).</p> <p><u>Set Aside: </u>This will be a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. NAICS Code for this announcement is 811310 with a small business size standard of $12,500,000.00. Quotes only from small business concerns will be accepted. Quotes received from concerns that are not small businesses shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. </p> <p>SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE: All quotes must be received by the closing date/time on <strong>20 October 2026</strong>, 3:00 pm EST. the following:</p> <ul> <li>Pricing per line item as shown on the attached Request for Quote (RFQ).</li> <li>Vendor Contact Name, Phone Number, and e-mail Address</li> <li>Company Cage Code and Unique Entity ID Number</li> <li>Business Size: Small/Large/Other</li> <li>Demonstration of required experience (See Section L).</li> </ul> <p><u>Attached Documents:</u> RFQ N6852026Q1069 and Amendment 0001 to N6852026Q1069</p> <p><u>Conformance to SOW:</u> You must provide the supplies in accordance with the RFQ/SOW. Unless an exception is specifically noted within your quote, you quote will be considered to be in complete conformance to the solicited requirements.</p> <p><u>Basis for Selection:</u> The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
