U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, with Native Energy & Technology, Incorporated in order to continue preventive maintenance and repair services in U.S. Customs and Border Protection's southeast region, under authority of FAR 6.103-1 and 41 USC 3304(a)(1). The current contract is set to expire March 31, 2029. The requirement is for the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment at CBP locations in the Southeast United States, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
