July 2, 2026: The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), on behalf of the Program Executive Office, Defense Healthcare Management Systems (PEO DHMS), intends to issue a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) for Enterprise Support Services (ESS) Next. This announcement constitutes a draft CSO for industry review. The Government anticipates posting the final CSO within approximately three weeks. We are not soliciting proposals at this time,
