Programmatic Legal Services

The Departments Office of the General Counsel (OGC) requires programmatic legal support services to advise and assist OGC on legal aspects of the CHIPS Program. Under this task order, the contractor shall perform the following tasks: a. Task 1 - Primary CHIPS Forms: The contractor shall render advice concerning and update, revise, and maintain the primary CHIPS forms used in debt transactions, including but not limited to the principal form of Loan Guarantee Agreement, as directed by Office of the Chief Counsel for Semiconductor Incentives (OCCSI).
