Protective Security Officer Services

The Federal Protective Service Acquisitions Division intends to issue a sole source extension of up to twelve months to the current ordering period of an existing indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract, 70RFP219DEC000010, with North American Security, Inc., 1701 S Kelly Ave, Edmond, OK. This proposed extension will provide for continued protective security officer services in the Washington, DC areas to allow time to award and transition the follow-on effort for these services. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with North American Security, Inc. under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
