Provide services for supply and installation of IRMA Type Roof Replacement System

Enclosed is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for IRMA Type Roof Replacement System at CMR. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in SectionJ of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address provided in para 4 below. The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit on April 22, 2026, at 12 p.m. at U.S. Embassy, Gate # 7, Nyay Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi 110021, India. Prospective offerors who desire to participate in the site visit should send their interest at ChellaramaniA@state.gov no later than 3 p.m. April 20, 2026. All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via E-mail at ChellaramaniA@state.gov on or before 3 p.m. April 20, 2026. Responses shall be provided to all contractors who showed their
