The U.S. Embassy Windhoek hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for: The provision of mobile telephone services to the Embassy of the United States of America in Windhoek, Namibia. The Contractor shall provide complete mobile telephones services for an estimated 130 official lines which among others include calls within Namibia and international, SMS and roaming services, cell phone rentals etc. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with two one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government.
