NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS Prepared in accordance with FAR Part 5 The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Northwest Regional Office (NWRO) on behalf of the Southwest Regional Office (SWRO), Office of Justice Services (OJS) District IV intends to enter into a sole source firm-fixed price contract with the University of New Mexico for autopsy and forensic pathology services under the authority of FAR 6.103-1 and 41 U.S.C. 1901. Office of Justice Services (OJS) District IV requires autopsy and forensic pathology services.
