Pre-Solicitation Notice of Intent to Sole Source Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (FFP- IDIQ) contract to Islands Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation | UEI: CLKCQ6M9M7K7.
