PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO 21), intends to award a sole source, Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (FP-IDQ) contract to Care Meridian (dba NeuroRestorative) (UEI: J4BLAP1ET1D5). The Contractor is currently providing community nursing home services to seven (7) Veterans at the facility and a replacement contract is being established to provide continued care for the Veterans at the CNH facility.
