QuidelOrtho Reagents

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Office of Acquisition Services, intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to QuidelOrtho Corporation, 9975 Summer Ridge Road, San Diego, California 92121 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The anticipated award is for reagents and is valued below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT). This procurement is for OEM support reagents for a VITROS 3600 systems used by the Division of Viral Hepatitis Laboratory Branch at CDC. As a result, this requirement will be processed under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 13. QuidelOrtho Corporation is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and the only known source with access to the proprietary reagents and diagnostics support for the proprietar
