R-BPA Recompete for ASTM Participating Membership

THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT, NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). Pursuant to FAR 13.101, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA), Office of Finance and Administration (OFA), Office of Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO) intends to award a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to ASTM International (ASTM) for an EPA membership grouping in ASTM. ASTM is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization that develops standards related to EPAs mission. This membership will support EPAs Office of Administrator participation in the ASTM Board of Directors and the participation of staff from various EPA Offices and Regions in ASTM technical committees and subcommittees, as directed by the National Technology Transfer and Advancement Act (NTTAA).
