This special notice is being issued in order to provide all interested parties with information on the planned acquisition strategy as determined through market research. This requirement will be pursued as a sole source to the Center for Public Service Excellence (CPSE). A sources sought notice was posted to NECO/FedBizOps on 4 June 2019 (N6247019RFI01) to determine the availability of businesses capable of performing the requirement. Market research revealed only one company fully technically capable of meeting the stated requirements.
