Description

1. Background The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is conducting market research to determine industry capability and interest for a potential surveying requirement involving a gradient boundary survey along the Red River, consistent with the Supreme Court decision in Oklahoma v. Texas (261 U.S. 340). The work may include surveying and locating portions of the interstate boundary between the States of Texas and Oklahoma along the Red River of the South in accordance with that decision. The Government is considering a single-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to support this effort.
