28 April 2025 From : NCO6 Contracting Officer To: Mission partners responding to RFQ 36C24625Q0157 Subject: Cancellation of RFQ 36C24625Q0157 | Richmond VAMC After a review of quotes a decision to cancel the solicitation was decided by the Richmond VAMC due to inconsistencies in the following: Errors identified in RFQ s equipment, model and serial numbers Errors with the equipment locations. CBOC s were not added to the inventory Thank you for your participation in this evaluation process. A new solicitation will be submitted for services at a later date.
