NAVSUP FLCN Pentagon Directorate Philadelphia Office Contracting Department located at 700 Robbins Ave Bldg 2B Philadelphia, PA intends to procure services on a sole source basis with OutFront Media, Inc. to provide the Naval Recruiting Command (NRC) a strategic opportunity for Navy Judge Advocate General Corps (JAGC) to demonstrate the Navys commitment to excellence as students and practicing lawyers navigate their path to higher education and/or explore available career opportunities. OutFront Medias proprietary ON Smart Media platform is a critical asset for the Navy. The platform accelerates the transition from static to digital billboards, enabling precise audience targeting, real time messaging, and more relevant content delivery to prospective recruits and candidates. This is a COMB
