R710-Third Party Billing Bridge Contract (VA-26-00040654)

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE INTRODUCTION The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC), intends to award a follow-on contract on a sole source basis with Receivia, Inc. a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) for Third Party Billing Services with Consolidated Patient Account Center (CPAC) Revenue Operations (RO). The purpose of this contract is to provide continuity of services while a new contract completes the competitive acquisition process. The contract will provide services crucial to overflow work with the VA s generation of claims for third-party billing. REQUIREMENT The Contractor shall provide all labor and equipment required for generation of Veteran Affairs (VA) claims to third party healthcare insurance carriers for CPAC sites nationwide.
