Draft Request For Proposal (RFP) #3 for production of propellants and the operation and modernization of the Radford Army Ammunition Plant. Request Industry provide written feedback specifically on the following areas: Revamped Sections C, L & M Questions and comments regarding this RFP shall be directed via email to the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) and Contract Specialists identified below by no later than close of business on July 20, 2026. The Government reserves the right to exercise discretion whether it will answer questions submitted after the specified deadline.
