AFRC/A4 coordinated a combined purchase agreement with Harrison Concepts for the acquisition of REX kits across multiple installations with combat airlift missions. AFRC then allocated funds to each installation to execute their own contract to procure these kits while tailoring the acquisition to their specific mission requirements. Under this broader AFRC program, this purchase will be made as a sole source acquisition to maintain the continuity of this specialized aircraft maintenance equipment across the command.
