Real Estate Appraisal of Lower Grey Cloud Island - Gravel Pit in Washington County, MN

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a State of Minnesota certified General Appraiser to perform a real estate appraisal and prepare a report to be used by the Government in connection with a proposed acquisition of specified real property rights. The property is approximately 331.33 acres adjacent to the Mississippi River known as Lower Grey Cloud Island at Cottage Grove in Washington County, Minnesota. The site is a largely depleted gravel mining pit the Government intends to use for placement of dredged material. This requirement was previously solicited, but no contract was awarded due to changes in requirements after significant developments impacting the future use of the site became known. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses under NAICS
