The Jacksonville District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for a minimum of 870 to a maximum of 1,145 gross rentable square feet of retail storefront space on or within the city of Kissimmee, Florida. Northern Limit: Hwy 192 (E. Vine St) Southern Limit: Route 60 Hwy Eastern Limit: S US Hwy 441 Western Limit: US Hwy 17-92 N The space shall contain adequate/assigned parking for approximately three (3) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. The lease is for a Five (5) year term with Government termination rights, and a full-service lease (to include all utilities and janitorial services) is preferred. Must use Government Lease.
