The Mobile District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is soliciting lease proposals for approximately (4) suites that equals 3,800 4,700 gross rentable square feet of commercial retail space in Bristol, TN for Armed Forces Recruiting purposes. The delineated area is within Bristol city limits. The U.S. Government, by and through USACE, currently occupies retail and related space under a lease, that will be expiring, in the city and state specified above. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.
