Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The 19th Contracting Squadron (CONS) Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to NIMCO Inc. Innovations & Education to purchase Red Ribbon Week paraphernalia for distribution to 25 schools surrounding Little Rock Air Force Base. NIMCO Inc. is the sole manufacturer and distributor of this product, therefore, making them the only source capable of fulfilling this requirement.
