Description
Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, The Government has awarded this Lease extentsion to the incumbent Lessor. The Agency occupying the leased space is scheduled to move into other Federally controled space, but has encountered delays in preparing the new space for occupacy. Extending the current lease mitigrates both risk of holdover and unecceasry move/replication costs to the Governement.
