Region 9 Parking - Oakland, CA

The Contractor shall provide parking spaces that it owns or has legal authority to lease directly to the Government. The Contractor shall maintain ownership or legal control of the parking spaces throughout the period of performance. The Contractor shall not subcontract, sublease, assign, broker, or otherwise transfer performance of this requirement to another parking facility without the prior written approval of the Contracting Officer. Provide one (1) reserved parking space for a government leased vehicle. Vehicle could range in size up to a full-size truck or SUV. The parking facility must be within 2,200 feet to address the safety and security concerns of CISA Region 9 personnel walking to and from the parking facility. The parking facility shall always be accessible by permitholders
