Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), including Jacksonville (SAJ), Savannah (SAS), Charleston (SAC), and Wilmington (SAW) Districts, is seeking contract services to support the preparation of Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) in accordance with the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) Regulations for implementing the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), as amended. The contractor shall provide all services necessary for the concurrent preparation of four (4) EISs that address the operation and maintenance (O&M) program for federal navigation projects in the South Atlantic Division (SAD). A fifth EIS for the Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base (Kings Bay) is included as an option
