Remanufacture of T-38 Defog Flow Selector

PLEASE NOTE: Attached Amendment P00001 extends due date to 3-31-2026 at 1:00pm CST. REMANUFACTURE A 5-YEAR ( 3-YEAR BASIC AND ONE 2-YEAR OPTION PERIOD) FIRM FIXED PRICE REQUIREMENTS TYPE CONTRACT IS CONTEMPLATED. NOTE: It is anticipated that pricing of this action will be based on adequate price competition; therefore, offerors are not required to submit certified cost or pricing data at the time of proposal. However, after receipt of proposals, it is determined that adequate price competition does not exist, a request for other than certified cost or pricing data may be required in accordance with FAR 15.403-1(b)(1). 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. As prescribed in 32.706-1(a), insert the following clause: Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contra
