Remodeling of GYM at the U.S. Embassy Marine House

This solicitation is for remodeling of the Gym/Fitness room at the U.S.Tri Mission Marine House in Vienna Austria The work includes but is not limited to the following tasks all as specified in the attached Statement of Work: Demolition Temporary plasterboard dust wall with door. Demolition of partition walls (10cm), incl. wall coverings, 2 wooden doors+ doorframes and 1 wooden cabinet, electrical installation and equipment, incl. removal and disposal. Demolition, removal and disposal of the existing wall- and floor tiles and in the bathroom, existing sanitary items and equipment in the bathroom, including pipes, and the PVC flooring incl. glue. Removal of 4 existing ceiling lights. Refurbishment Walls and ceiling: plaster, level, clean, prime, paint to cover, incl. 16m2 floor covering mat
