Description
ICE/OAQ intends to procure, on a sole source basis, the rental of an outdoor firing range facility (on an annual basis; the period of performance incorporates one (1) twelve (12) month base period, and two (2) 12-month option periods) for up to forty (20) days annually, with an option to purchase an increased quantity of up to twenty (20) additional days annually. The current ICE/ERO/Buffalo Field Office requirement is to procure outdoor firing range rental services for approximately 80 ICE law enforcement officers currently stationed at the ICE/ERO/Buffalo Field Office and the Buffalo Federal Detention Facility located in Batavia, NY.
