Description
Amendment 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the quote due date from "24 September 2026" to "5 October 2026" and to add the Liquidated Damages Clause and amounts. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 36, as modified by the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Class Deviations.
