The scope of this project includes removal and replacement of 136 individual pavement panels that measure 25 ft wide x 25 ft long x 24 inches deep, located at the intersection of the primary and secondary runways at Joint Base Charleston-Air Base. Replacement panels will be 25 ft wide x 25 ft long by 26 inches deep. All work will be during a 68-hour period between approximately 2300 hrs to 0700, Thursday through Monday. It is anticipated that the process will involve 3 primary activities each night, saw cutting, removal and installation of temporary panels, and placement of permanent panels.
