The U.S. Coast Guard requires services for the contractor to furnish?all labor, tools, equipment,?materials,?supervision?and incidentals?for?the removal and replacement of carpet tile for the Facilities Design & Construction Center (FD&CC) Seattle offices on the 26th Floor of the Jackson Federal Building, to include the removal and replacement of the rubber wall base.
