Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and material necessary to replace HVAC units for Building 366 at USCG Base Elizabeth City, NC. See attached Statement of Work. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238220 and size standard of $19,000,000. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria.
