PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Replace Repair Roof Bldg. 2414 W911SG-26-B-A005 The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC)- Ft. Bliss, TX intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to award a single firm-fixed-price contract to Replace Repair Roof Bldg. 2414. The scope of work for this project includes the removal and replacement of the existing roof, gutters and downspouts, and the removal and replacement of interior ceilings and flooring, gypsum board wall repair, and new light fixtures of interior rooms on all three levels due to water damage.
