INTRODUCTION Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC (BEA) Management & Operating Contractor of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) owned Idaho National Laboratory (INL), is seeking an Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified vendors to provide replacement services for Air Handling Units (AHUs) 211 and 212 at TAN-679. This initiative supports BEAs commitment to maintaining efficient HVAC systems and ensuring compliance with facility performance standards. BACKGROUND The TAN-679 facility requires replacement of two aging AHUs to improve reliability, energy efficiency, and operational safety.
