Replacement and installation of exhaust and supply fans

This project entails: Replacement and installation of exhaust and supply fans at the U.S. Consulates Compound, Clayallee 170, 14195 Berlin. A visit to the property is mandatory and will take place on April 8, 2026 at 9 AM! Please contact BerlinEinkauf@state.gov for further information and to provide full names of attendees 3 days prior to the site visit date. The pricing and rates should include all costs associated with providing the requested services in accordance with the attached scope of work, labor, insurance (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), overhead, profit and GST (if applicable). The Government will pay the Contractor the fixed price for services that have been satisfactorily performed.
