Request for Information C&T Innovation Day White Paper Submission DLA is soliciting white papers for Clothing & Textiles (C&T) innovations in fabrics, materials, components, manufacturing processes and end item in advance of the C&T Innovation Day to be held on August 20, 2026 at the Baroni Center for Government Contracting, George Mason University.
