Description
The American Embassy in Canberra has a requirement for the renovation of a U.S. Government owned residential property (GOP). The purpose of this project is to undertake the rehabilitation of the bathroom, toilet, and powder room areas, including associated drainage and plumbing systems, in order to address identified deficiencies, rectify end-of-life building services, and restore the wet areas to current functional, safety, and building standards.
