Description
The United States Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC) is issuing a Solicitation for the complete the Design-Build of Retamal Dam Buoy System. Upon conclusion of the project, the new waterway barrier line will prevent public access to dangerous hydraulics upstream/downstream of the dam, the warning system and signage will alert the public of the danger ahead providing a waterway barrier line to include anchors, alert system, and warning signs at the Retamal Dam. The Construction includes, but is not limited to, site preparation, inspection of all systems and structures, disposal of debris and construction waste, quality control testing.
